self inflicted torture
May. 14th, 2007 10:22 ami have found a modern day torture machine in my very own gym...it is a crunch machine. people willingly sit on this chair and pull their knees up and their elbows down perchance to meet.
oh...my...god.
this machine at a lousy 10 pounds kicked my ass. i still feel sore 3 days later....
that means it's working, right?

I know it huts like hell, but stretch before and after and keep at it.
