i have found a modern day torture machine in my very own gym...it is a crunch machine. people willingly sit on this chair and pull their knees up and their elbows down perchance to meet.

oh...my...god.

this machine at a lousy 10 pounds kicked my ass. i still feel sore 3 days later....

that means it's working, right?

That machine is GOD.

Keep at it, low weight of course, dont want to hurt yourself. Watch how quickly your abs react.

Do your reps ssssllllooooowwwwwllllyyy.

I know it huts like hell, but stretch before and after and keep at it.

Your tummy will thank you.

yeah...i'm even thinking of no weight until i start feeling a bit less challenged on it....
i have been stretching it out all weekend, and it aint thanking me yet.

thanks for the tips...i hope this works...my tummy needs some serious discipline!

Yeah. That's one of the good/evil machines. Also with the wishing my gym had one. Cause the more it hurts per rep the less I feel like I need to do and I HATE ab exercises.
