i used to see this troupe every year in salem. they are AMAZING. and they have a referee. heh.

um...yeah, this would be happening in the framingham area, and movie is at the framingham AMC theater, 10PM showing (there's also a 10.50PM if that one sells out...)

so in order to celebrate my impending new job, i'm seeing if anyone wants to field trip out to framingham on friday night.

plans are to go somewhere for drinks/dinner about 7.30PM....then headover to the movies about 9.15PM (the AMC framingham) for the 10PM showing of IRON MAN.

let me know if i should be expecting you. and i recommend if you wanna go, get your tix before hand.
i am ordering mine by thursday i think.

and in other news, i managed to pack light for the weekend. try not to be shocked. but besides the boots i'm currently wearing, i only have one other pair of shoes with me. amazing!

interesting weekend.

friday night was a roc show in new bedford. ran into a drummer dude i hadnt seen in almost 10 years. got home late and witnessed a horrifying home shopping network moment with the erotic toys portion of the evening. yuppy women should not sell dildoes. FYI.

also, boobie painting is conceived. becky and i have a new business venture...heh.

satyrday evening i party hopped. i was supposed to hit 4 parties, but ended up doing 2. got to see trey and kate and adam and tricia and tom. i'm too lazy at the moment to play with them damn lj tags. their party had delicious homemade hot chocolate and pizza. mmm.

then off to nick and jillians 80's party. someone somewhere has nosepicking porn pictures. hawt! the party was lots of fun. i was due to hit i am legend in the imax, but nick and jillians soul sucking couches prevented it. instead we all gabbed and ate junk food and then about 3.30 we were like, "oh hey, it snowed 6 inches....maybe we should dig out our cars!" so after that, i just headed home.

had some chinese for dinner, and cleaned out a box of things i had at bill's. finding some cards from the ex was a little rough. not sure if i want to keep them or burn them. *sigh* whats a girl to do? now i'm chilling out and bedtime is creeping up.

is there really just one weekend left before xmas?

if anyone had told me that yesterday evening i'd be fine dining with the misfits, i'd have laughed and said, yeah, right.

but no shit, there i was, deep in the wilds of worcester, enjoying the sole proprietor's delicious clam chowder watching band and crew devour hundreds of dollars of steamers and lobstah.
the clientele had to have been a little scared by the dark and scarey looking crew sitting down with their cut-off sleeve t-shirts and leather jackets.

how did this happen? i met up with a friend of mine before their show last night @ the palladium. he's friends with the band....and we got hijacked to dinner, wherein my mad skillz as woosta tour guide enabled us to arrive at the restaurant in good spirits.

i am severely amused.
unfortunately didnt get to stay for the show, as i had to get home and take care of some things before bed, but it was an interesting day to say the least.

if you feel like seeing this movie, i'm meeting up with tiamatlady and rosa_nera this friday for the 7:05PM showing at the randolph movie theater. its possible it may end up being a 10PM show, if i dont get there in time and dinner is needed.

so this week ought to be over quickly.

tonight is within temptation at the paradise. i hate parking there, but it should be a good show. i brought a neat outfit to work to change into, but now i'm not motivated enough. it's been a helluva day. we shall see when its time to leave.

tomorrow night is combichrist at the avalon...or axis..whichever one. i suspect i will be seeing lots of folks there.

what am i thinking seeing two concerts in a row. feh.

and for the weekend, KRF. i cant wait to go back to faire. it was strange reading about everyone else's opening weekend experiences.

monday night i am sure the joys of laundry will call my name.
