its been....a day.
not good not bad.

reconnecting with my dad was good. i am glad that somehow i've managed to get a decent relationship with my dad in my adult life. i went over and gave him his birthday schwag.

i did go to the gym, but started feeling those warning signs that indicate i'm about to feint, so the workout was cut short. which i thought was strange since i've been drinking a lot of water lately.

i tried on helmets today. i cant decide if i want a full face or a 3/4 style. there are advantages to either. but the place i went to has them at a pretty good price. and its a local business. i'm hoping to get one next satyrday. if i can decide.

i could drivel on....but i think i'm done.
