tiamatlady, i got to go to the lucky dog. i love that place. its grungy and homey to me....got my big hug from erick...and ran into a college friend of mine...he looks so different. we're supposed to go for coffee sometime. and might be able to get a hold of little kevin, missing from my life for many years now...turns out he's in l.a. for recording school...good, cause hes pretty musically gifted.
all in all, a good night.
the interview today was good. the staffing chick knows what im looking for and knows that i know im a hard fit. but there was a job she thought id be good at....just waiting to see if they are still taking candidates for it. we shall see.
afterwards, got treated to lunch and coffee byistilana...i have the best wife!...it was nice to have something to look forward to after my interview besides rejection (:3
then train back home to make cookie bars. and tooting my own horn i say that i make some damn good ones. one pan for jims birthday, one for fathers day. all i need now is some icing to write on them. the tube in the cabinet was kind of science experiment-esque, and so of no use to me.
the house is blissfully mine for the moment. ahhhh....
