dredpiratebunny...i just applied for a kick ass job...not necessarily for the most exciting company in the world, but they want to hire someone to plan events and research company perks...it could be fun...i mean, if i had to plan a day at the indoor waterpark (!) in the dells, id have to try it out first, right?...just to make sure it was worth it...heh heh....id be dangerous with an expense account...oh, did i mention the salary rocks?...30-35k...eep!...so hopefully all youse guys will cross your fingers that i at least get an interview, eh?...thanks, i need the support....
...last nights excursion to chi-town was pretty dead...though frank and abbey bought me a few drinks which was unexpected and cool...club neo was pretty neat, but not much going on...it was punk night, which isnt really a dance night, but the music was just a bit too loud for talking...saw a pretty cool blue-green mohawk though...and the bouncer and bartender chatted with us for a bit...then we decided to find another place to go...tried calling dink but he couldnt think of any monday night haunts...so we went to excalibur....which was metrosexual heaven...im guessing anyway...they had this pimped up back room with lounge chairs on wheels...the waitress didnt look at us too kindly when we tried having chair races in them...this place had no cover, which was good, because they had americas funniest home videos on the tvs... ! ...it was wrong....
...at any rate, we soon gave up and drove home...and frank is off to arizona faire so im glad i got to hang with him before he left...
...todays agenda is to search the job bank in racine...also have to call a leather company about boys refund...i wont say the name, but once again this company fucked up their work...they have such a shoddy reputation and they dont do anything to better it...oh well, boy sent item back 2 months ago and they still havent sent his money back, even though they agreed to do so no problem...so i get to be an evil bitch...well, only if things go wrong...
