garlic ginger chicken

cooked to combat the wisconsin state bird. (the mosquito)
making plenty of extra to bring to faire for nibbles during the day. yum yum.

long prep time, but not too bad to cook.
the coordination of the side dishes always gets me though. i never time it right.
oh well...back to the kitchen!

this faire doesnt do comp tickets...trust me, ive been trying to get some...on the upside, check in with zak, starfire has a booth maybe he can connect you...
