random acts of work

dredpiratebunnyi'm actually trying to get work done. go me!
i'm responsible for getting tour dates up on our website but it is so tedious and time consuming. focusing is hard, but i do a little at a time.
one of our artists is in the building today. her tour bus is outside. it makes me giggle because its sponsered by buttermilk bistcuits and blueberry muffins. gotta love blugrass!
some reggae artists also visited today in hopes of getting signed to our reggae label. this results in the attempted pick up line of "hey tall lady, how are you today?" on the walk to coffee. when i walk back in the building they figure out i work there...i just shake my head as they stare. mon!
all in all i dont feel as freaked out as i did, but i am still trying to pay attention to the goings on around here. the reward of patience is patience. *sigh*
