Jan. 3rd, 2006 11:18 amThe Bauman Group, Inc. is an event marketing company that provides various programs for retailers and financial institutions nationwide. We are currently seeking a full time administrative assistant to work at our headquarters in Framingham, Massachusetts.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Accurately log promotional results from our national events daily and provide the results to the respective directors of business development
* Provide “Pre-Launch” information to our upcoming event location managers
* Verify that scheduled staff, for ongoing promotions, is at the event site.
* Application processing
* Data Entry
* Direct client communications to appropriate team members
* Input and maintain event profile records as directed by management
* Provide an “Event Agreement” for each promotion and accurately track the agreements with the Field Staffing Manager
* Assist in processing of all new Bauman employees
* Maintain representative/supervisor contact list
* Any other duties assigned by the Vice President of operations
Qualifications:
* Strong verbal and written English skills
* A team player
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers, field personnel and the Bauman team
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
* Microsoft Office Suite proficiency with ability to create and maintain reports in Excel and Word formats
