my how the days pass.
not too much new to report. the saddest is that my aunt passed away a week ago and i flew out to arizona for the funeral. sad reason to go, but the desert recharged me. it always does. then i find out that another dear friend of mine has also passed away. i never knew he was ill. i will miss his smiling face, his ever willingness to make others feel the way he did about life. even though we didnt seem to see each other much the past few years, due to my travel and such, i am sad about it.

i have decided not to take the newtonville place. the more i thought about it, the more i wasnt too keen on taking it without knowing what kind of job future i had. (still in a holding pattern on that.) i just felt that i was sort of taking it because it was there. and frankly, now that i am out of the stepcthulu's clutches, the need was not as great.
also, i think i have severe issues with settling down. i think i always knew that, but after 4 months of nicey-nice work and staying put, its rearing its ugly head. mostly i think because i'm still uncertain about this promotion and where it fits with me.

that being said, my company is looking for an administrative assistant. i kind of set the standard though, so watch out! *snark* no really, if anyone is interested, please feel free to email me your resume. leave me a comment (with your email address) if you need the email addy and or details. job is located in Framingham MA. Pay will probably range $25-28000, but dont quote me on that.
(yes, i am annoyed with my job, but not because its a bad company to work for, theres a pretty good group of people here.)

hmm..what else? i am having fun checking out submissions for the blacksun_fest. there are some talented musicians out there. also going to be taking a road trip with a friend of mine to see scottchurch. it will be cool to see his new studio space. i was thinking about getting a new set of pics, but i dont know if it will fit into my budget. but there may be future road trips down there, so we shall see.

this weeks and/or next weeks mission is to find a gym. now that i'm not going anywhere for a while i've got to get exercising again. while i think there is some weight gain, i've lost a lot of my muscle tone. well, okay, not that i had a hecuva lot to start with, but i had some!!

i guess thats the big update for now.
time to go see a movie with rosa_nera...

Will do. I'll be at Dark Intentions this weekend, just hanging out as a patron, for New Year's Eve. I should have a whole possee along...maybe you could join us? I'll be able to do more than just say hi and then beat feet for a butt before the booth, like last time. :]

Barring that, I usually spin the first weekend of each month. I should have confirmation on that after this weekend.
