still no drunken olympics...

so i get to spend this lovely evening at the sold out benefit concert for girl authority. woo. damn lack of sarcasm font again. i'm not sure what i'll be doing, but it will be interesting.

well, at least i get overtime for it. and i need a haircut. so this will pay for that.

next week i am going to try and convince my boss i am due and worthy of a raise. yes, i know i need to keep my eyes open for other opportunities....but i'm here for now, so no harm in trying.

other weekend plans include taking mom shopping, possibly seeing a band at the lucky dog, if i can scrounge the cash, and probably lots of cleaning. another lame weekend.

i'm totally stuck in a rut.
i wanted to go to a celtic faire this weekend, but things just didnt work out for that.

i'm hoping to be productive this weekend despite the disappointments.


i have to go order a baby gift for one of my dearest friends in florida.

alas, drunken olympics dont work so well when there's driving involved.

and also the next three weekends place me out of town. i think.
